Octopi Brewing is a North American manufacturing hub acquired by asahi-europe-and-international in 2024 for over $35 million.

The facility serves as a highly versatile, multi-format packaging platform capable of producing ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages, non-alcoholic beer, energy drinks, and sparkling water at an industrial scale. This agile manufacturing capability is a crucial infrastructure node for executing Asahi’s broader multi-beverage-strategy and expanding its footprint in the adult-soft-drinks and beer-adjacent-categories across North America.
